Match report

The first ever match of Balkan Super Rugby League Championship was played in Vitez. This town in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Sunday hosted Rugby League Club Partisan, who played a very interesting game with a local Rugby League Club Vitez (Knight). The guests from Belgrade were much better and deserved to win match with 66-10. RLC Partisan has justified the role of favorites and deservedly came to triumph.

However, despite the convincing defeat young domestic players have provided excellent resistance to the renowned opponent. Certainly hosts can be proud of what their players have shown. Especially when you take into consideration that this was their first game of the season. Partisan scored 14 tries. More efficient were Vladimir Milutinović and Pero Madžarević  with 3 tries.Vlado Kušić and Ronaldo Bitići scored two tries each. Points for the home team have achieved by Vladimir Skopljak and Gabrijel Gelić.
